Do you want to build a relationship with the Quran and with other members of the community? Would you like an environment where your children and other Muslim children can play and learn together while building their own understanding of the Quran? NWMI’s signature Quran Circle returns January 12th with programs for six different age groups, from one-year-olds to adults. The younger childrens’ Quran Circles are designed to actively engage participants through a combination of story telling, hands-on activities, and crafts. Pizza will be available at 6:45 pm for children prior to their Quran Circle.
Join us for a special Mommy-and-Me Circle Time led by Al-Hadi Learning Organization teachers with guest speaker and licensed therapist Dena Alalfey. Dena will discuss the challenges that moms face in taking care of their needs while attending to the needs of their families. She will also discuss a variety of helpful coping strategies.This program is free, but we ask that you rsvp so that we can properly accommodate the group. Register here.
For the month of January, the adult Quran Circle will discuss Gratitude.
No prior preparation is necessary. These sessions are open to anyone interested in developing their personal relationship with the Quran. Everyone is welcome!
